Love your gloves or send them back for free! We want you to love, love, love your gloves. If you are not 100% happy with them and would like to send us back your purchase we will pay the return shipping (for domestic orders) and provide a full refund for up to 30 days after your purchase date. All we ask in return is for you to let us know what you didn't like so that we can keep improving our future designs.
We are happy to accept all exchanges.
International orders must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Returns sent without the Return Authorization Form may not be refunded the full amount. To receive the Return Merchandise Authorization form please contact hello@solamie.com Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs. Mondette cannot offer free returns or merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
